The Board of Directors with the extended director of board of consultants of repute regularly holds scheduled meetings and holds additional meetings as well when called. The Board of Directors is responsible for planning, establishing, budgeting and executing the company’s policies and publishes general guidelines from time to time after examining recommendations from the executives and feedback from the stake holders. Also, Director Board constantly monitors business environment across industries and territories, conducts critical analysis of achievements against targets and initiates corrections as and when required.

Stanley Kalathara was born before the independence of India in 1947. At the age of 12, he already became the leader of an organizing agitation against the first elected communist government in the world which took place in Kerala, India.

Stanley graduated from the law school in 1972 and for two years, he held the first rank in Masters degree at the State University of Kerala. In 1980, Stanley move to America and worked as a real estate agent and restaurant owner. He then studied and graduated at Pace University in New York. He has been very active in the Democratic Party of the United States of America and contested for the New York City Council of District 25 in 2009. He also served as the director of JB Energy (JBE), Singapore.

RAZAKATSIFERA M. Jean Thierry is the Senior Advisor and Senior Project Coordinator of Vantage International. He is responsible for key aspects of our company's operations. He brought over his 20 years of technical experience, management skills, and commitment to enhance the company's vision and expand the firm's business opportunities. Throughout his career, he has held several business roles. He is well-experienced in Finance and Banking, Trading, Administration, and Establish Business Opportunities.

Linda Fock Y’Iou Wan, serving as the Director of Vantage International is an experienced professional in the field of tourism. As a proud native of Madagascar, she is determined to promote the tourism industry in Madagascar and the island's cultural heritage. She holds a bachelor's degree in management and has worked as a tourism manager in Manambato, a town in Madagascar. In addition to her experience as a manager in the tourism industry, she has also worked in the hospitality industry in a variety of capacities, from cooking to customer service. As a highly motivated and energetic individual, she leads her team with the sole goal of giving her best and adding value to the place she belongs to. Music binds her to her culture, and she is also a very social person. She is fluent in French, Chinese, and Spanish, which makes her very adaptable when working with clients.

Zafindravita Imirin Gilbert is our senior geologist with over 15 years of experience in both technical leadership and exploration management of gold, platinum, copper, and other metals and minerals throughout Madagascar and the regions of Africa. Throughout his career as a senior geologist, he has developed in-depth experience in the exploration and mining environments gaining an understanding of every aspect associated with exploration and mining portfolios.

He is energetic, dynamic, and hands-on with the ability to characterize, sediment, perform studies, and be responsible for all descriptions on the site and the camp. He has also worked in government bodies to promote exploration and research activity and applied research initiatives to focus on developing technologies for exploration.

Andrianalisoa Vonimanitra Ralison has been serving Vantage International as a Senior Exploration Geologist for the last few years. She has always maintained a very high professional standard as a Senior Exploration Geologist. Her hardworking nature, high team spirit, enthusiasm, and technical skills in carrying out her duties make her a very important resource in our team. She is a well-rounded exploration geologist with expertise and skills ranging from basin-scale to prospect-scale evaluation and she has excellent skills and experience in exploration prospect assessment and maturation to drilling locations. She has an innovative experience of more than 10 years in the exploration of gold, copper, and graphite exploration within a multicultural environment. She is well-versed in the application and use of the Geographical Information System and the data processing on geological and metallogeny domains.

Having done graduation in Accounting, Nicole started her journey in the corporate as an administrative assistant. She has been successful in accumulating a good 10 years of experience, in the corporate. Apart from administrative tasks, she holds knowledge in the field of marketing. Being skilled in languages, she also has interests in doing translations which is a very crucial aspect in doing businesses within different cultures. Being skilled and experienced, Nicole plays an important part at Vantage International as an Accountant participating in the daily operations for the sustainability of the business. Being the native of Madagascar, she feels pride in contributing to the country by being part of the operations which contribute to the economy of the country.

Mr.Musthafa Vazhayil is one of the key members of Vantage Charity , who always wanted to help people whenever he gets a chance. For very long time he was involved in lots of charity activities. He is into multiple businesses like Gold, Billions, Trading, Crypto currency, Jwellery etc in India, Canada and UAE. He is also the international coordinator, Partner and finaciar for Vantage Charity. As a person with a very good heart and immense kindness, Mr.Mustafa has been immensely involved in many charity events and programs to help the poor and needy.
